I wont bother giving instructions, you just mix all the ingredients and make patties with them. Just make BIG patties... this recipe makes between 15-20 wop size greasy burgers
Ingredients:
2.5kg Ground beef
3-4 Onions (or 2 spanish onions)
2 Eggs
150-200ml Worchestershire Sauce
300g Bread crumbs
Pepper
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mélanger les ingrédients suivant et faire de grosses boulettes (15-20)
Ingrédients:
2.5Kg Boeuf haché
3-4 Oignons (ou 2 espagnols ;)
2 Oeufs
150-200ml Sauce Worcestershire
300g Chapelure
Poivre
